Decennial report notices were mailed to all associations on December 15, 2010 whose address on file with the Corporation Bureau was deemed deliverable by the United States Postal Service. As failure to receive notice from the Department does not exempt an entity from the necessity to file the decennial report, the Corporation Bureau is making available the below searchable database identifying all associations who are required to file the Decennial Report of Continued Existence based on the records of the Bureau.
